How do you hang a 120lb flat screen TV on a wall that’s framed with 2×3 metal studs?
how do I reinforce the wall or should I use multiple anchors? The drywall is 5/8 also already have the wall mount hardware.
They sell toggle bolt anchors that can hold 300 lbs each on drywall alone. If you happen to land one on a stud, it should more than suffice.
The trick is that these big toggle bolts require you to drill a 1/2 inch hole into the drywall and half inch drill bits are hard to come by, at least hard to come by economically. Northerntools are the only ones that have an inexpensive 1/2 inch drill bit but they are back ordered.
