I have a seal usb dongle,to watch digital tv on my lap top microsoft say that the item is not registered, on the box it says compatible. how can i download to use this any help// ??????
You mean the drivers are no digitally signed or what?
you go ahead an install the program and when windows say that are no signed you click Continued anyway, and after hat you connect your USB then go to to the manufacture site and register and they Will provided new drivers but if things get worst you can install using windows compatibility wizard that you encounter in Start,Accessories.
