Which cable TV provider offers the best deal?
We have a very limited budget for cable TV. Which provider/plan is the cheapest to get. We want a very limited plan, cable TV only with basic channels like ESPN, Disney, Discovery, History. I guess you can tell that i dont know much about the subject, but any and all help is greatly appreciated.
First, it will depend on what providers are available in your area (comcast, verizon, rcn, etc). Once you determine who offers this service check their web sites for their current deals. There is tremendous competion for customers and you should be able to find a suitable deal in your area. Keep in mind some of the channels you are looking for are only available in the higher tier price range so you will need to decide how much you want to spend.
My comcast plan just jumped $32.00 and when I called about it they told me I had just come off of some 12 month special pricing. When I suggested I might jump to verizon they upped my package to include all of the premium stations for $7.00 more a month.
Don’t be afraid to haggle.
